Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Products must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

Original proof of purchase required
Process:

Email service@addilee.com with your order number and return request

We'll provide a prepaid return label (France) or return instructions

Refunds processed within 5 business days after we receive your return

Refunds issued to original payment method (processing time varies by bank)

We offer free exchanges within 14 days for:

Size exchanges (subject to availability)

How to Exchange:

Contact service@addilee.com with your order number and exchange request

We'll guide you through the exchange process

Return your original item using provided shipping label

New item ships once return is received
Note: For international exchanges, customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at service@addilee.com

Include photos of:

The damaged/defective item
-
Original packaging
-
Shipping label
-

We'll arrange for:

A free replacement (if available), or
-
A full refund

Important: Do not return damaged items until instructed by our team.

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns - Addilee is not responsible for lost return packages
